Camilla Gjerde, author of the book “We Don’t Want Any Crap in Our Wine”, has once again teamed up with photographer Cecilia Magnusson to take you on a tour around vineyards, into cellars and along railroads, to bring you some of the most inspiring stories of how the wine world can build a low-carbon future. In Natural Trailblazers you meet thirteen visionaries of natural wine, who are each leading the way towards a low-carbon future: @melin_vin included! We are honoured to host her book release party on October 23 – and of course you are all invited! Come by, make friends, buy the book, drink some wine, celebrate this great movement of which we are all a part of.

On October 24th, we invite you to a unique tasting experience featuring 6 different wines from Lebanon. Join us as we take you on a journey through Lebanon’s vineyards, exploring the distinct story behind each wine ❤️
During the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase bottles to take home, with 50% of the price of the bottle going to @nationstation__, a community kitchen in Beirut. Powered by volunteers, Nation Station currently provides daily meals to 1,200 – 1,800 people who have been displaced from their homes in Lebanon.

We’ve been granted the opportunity to host a pop-up in the beautiful spaces of @casamadrerestaurant, together with friend of Andrea, @tristanthomasheath, sous-chef at Marv and Ben, with a renowned background from Michelin-starred restaurants like Agern in New York City.
The menu has been curated by Tristan, rooted in our current selection of wines from @andreaocchipinti, with a focus on introducing culinary experiences unfamiliar to most Danes.
The menu is based on Sunday classics from New Orleans, Louisiana, while the atmosphere will be relaxed and inspired by the Italian Osteria style naturally found at @casamadrerestaurant.

What about our concern for present and future effects of climate change? What if we considered the livelihood and wellbeing of the humans who make and grow our food? Could we all eat better?
We will explore and imagine a future food system, eating and communing around a co-mutual table.
