I september dykker vi ned i den vilde diversitet og underspillede elegance, som det ikoniske område byder på. Gennem fem nøje udvalgte vine oplever vi, hvordan Chardonnay virkelig bliver til et udtryk for jorden, den kommer fra. Læg mærke til samspillet mellem syre, mineralitet og tekstur – kendetegnene ved ægte hvid Bourgogne.

Last time we hosted a flea market, everything disappeared quickly – so we’re bringing it back as part of the closing of Norrlyst – Sommer på Volden.
📅 Sunday, September 14th, from 09.00-13.00, we open the doors at Christianshavns Voldgade 52, where you can browse unique finds from our restaurants.
This time the focus will be on wine – plenty of bottles from our cellars – but you’ll also find a selection of interior pieces and tableware.
Arrive early if you want to secure the best finds.
We look forward to welcoming you to the flea market at Sommer på Volden.
