After last year’s sold-out debut, the panzerotti party returns to Copenhagen for its second edition!
We are 4 young people from the southern Italian region of Puglia, and for several years, we have made Copenhagen our home. Our bond with the world of food is deep and diverse.
This year, we’re welcoming even more guests to Kitchen Collective, turning the space into a full-on Apulian celebration. Starting at 12 PM on Sunday, May 25th, we’ll be frying panzerotti until sold out.

Our very own “Master Chef” @sunegudmundsson and Christian from the @gammemost cidery! While Sune is serving asparagus dishes (yes, both green and white!) and slinging oysters, Christian is gonna pour his low intervention ciders. Grillen er tændt til en formidabel langbordsmiddag på Ingolfs Kaffebar.
Aftenen vil bestå af 3 lækre serveringer fra vores yndlings kokkehold, der sammen med Fiskerikajen har udvalgt det skønneste fisk og grønt.
Serveringerne består af tun-ceviche og grillet tunbøf. I den grønne afdeling er der bl.a. bagt fennikel, miso-spidskål, broccolini og grønne asparges. Derudover foccacia made with love..

Arvid is one of the owners of Textur. A lovely wine import we also work with at Josephine. He’s one of the most respected palets in the world and former ‘Best sommelier in world’ in 2016.

Japanese Cooking Class – Izakaya dishes
Izakaya food is a Japanese style of food typically served in casual taverns called izakayas. It consists of many small dishes shared at the table, such as grilled skewers (yakitori), sashimi, fried snacks and pickled vegetables. Izakaya food is made to pair well with drinks such as beer, sake and shochu, creating a cosy and social dining experience.
In the workshop, you’ll learn practical techniques and gain insight into how to balance the flavours of classic izakaya dishes.
Shio Kyabetsu – A crispy and fresh cabbage salad with sesame oil and salt. We’ll show you how to balance simple flavours and make this quick side dish that is a classic at Japanese izakaya places.
Sunomono – A light and tangy cucumber salad with sweet vinegar. You’ll learn how to finely chop vegetables and flavour the dressing for the perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Mushroom Gyoza – Crispy fried dumplings filled with an umami-rich mushroom mixture. We’ll teach you how to fold the gyoza easily and fry them so they’re crispy on the bottom and juicy on top.
Ohitashi – Blanched green vegetables in a light dashi with soy sauce. You’ll learn how to handle delicate leaves like spinach and make a quick dashi with a delicate umami flavour.
Namero – A traditional fish dish from Japanese fishermen, made with minced fish, miso and fresh herbs. We’ll show you the knife techniques and mixing method that turns fresh fish into a delicious tartar-like starter.
Minor variations in the dishes and programme may occur based on availability.

Den 15. maj får vi besøg af importør og sommelier Kristina Muusmann fra Sæsonmelier – en passioneret vinimportør med fokus på autentiske vine fra små producenter i Central- og Østeuropa.
Kristina medbringer fire håndplukkede vine fra sine yndlingsregioner i Tjekkiet og Slovenien. Kom og smag, mens du hører historierne bag vinene og vinbønderne.

For the third time and hence now a tradition. With familiar faces from Rome and Eugenio from Piemonte.

Roscioli will once again join us for: “due giorni di salumeria con cucina – amore e un po ‘di Vino”. 2 x Lunch – 2 x Dinner, on the weekend of the 17th and 18th of May 2025.
We will also be joined by Eugenio Bocchino , winemaker per excellence from La Morra in Piemonte, who will casually serve wine and tell stories during the weekend.

Community Dinner Sunday Night: 3 courses with possibility for add ons, price 450.
Saturday: Lunch between 1130 – 1400 and evening 1800 – 2230.
Sunday: Lunch between 1200 – 1430 and evening community dinner family style starts at 1830.
Early lunch seatings 1130/1200 – 1215/1245 will enjoy the table for 2 hours.
Early evening seating Saturday 1800 – 1845, will enjoy the table for 2,5 hours.
