We're celebrating the first decent rays of sun and the light finally making a comeback. Feels like forever since we actually ate outdoors or dared to wear shorts. Look, we can't promise you'll be doing that on April 28th – let's be real. But what we can promise is good vibes, great food, and serious spring energy inside at Funke. Come get a taste of spring with us – we're talking fresh-picked wild garlic, pasta rolled right here, and washing it down with chilled rosé or a Spritz.

Tuesday Tasting: Argentinian wines with Pablo from Tres Vins Imports
On Tuesday, April 15 we’re heading deep into the south—Argentina!
Pablo from Tres Vins Import will guide us through a tasting of wines made from indigenous grapes, grown in the high-altitude vineyards surrounding by the Andes Mountains. Alongside we’ll dive into the history of Argentina’s natural wine movement and explore the exciting new wave of young winemakers redefining the scene.
This occasion we’ll be tasting 3 wines and talk a lot, as Pablo is a great story teller! The tasting will held in English. We start at kl 18, but come a little earlier, to be able to order some food to complement the tasting.

Rasmus Bredahl er kok, forfatter og foredragsholder og ekspert i neurogastronomi, medlem af det Gastronomiske Akademi samt underviser på Hotel og Restaurant Skolen i Valby.
Smag er driveren, kom og hør om hvordan du kan lave fantastisk grøn mad uden at savne kødet!

Kiosken på Odden x Ris Paella
Valencian Paella & Wine
Paella is coming to the Kiosk this Easter. We will be joined on 18 & 19 April by Eva from @rispaella who will prepare 2 styles of paella from her region — Valenciana & de Mariscos. We will be pouring a selection of Valencian natural wines, thoughtfully paired with both paellas. Space is limited so book now to experience authentic Valencian culture.
Eva explains “Paella is more than just a dish—it’s a way of life, a tradition my family has cherished in Valencia for generations. My dream is to bring that experience here: gathering around the fire, watching the paella cook before your eyes, raising a glass of wine, and enjoying the moment together, just as we and our ancestors have done for many generations before.”
She will be cooking and serving two styles, Paella Valenciana – the most traditional to the province and enjoyed by many local families every Sunday. Filled with organic chicken & rabbit, green beans, butterbeans, wild garlic, fresh rosemary & saffron – this version represents the true taste of the region. The other Paella de Mariscos – a more international version filled with a luxurious selection of fresh seafood – locally caught whole langoustines, squid & blue mussels.
Paella is a dish best served as soon as it is ready and we want to ensure that everyone enjoys the same dining experience together. We have decided to serve at four times throughout both days – two times at Lunch and two at Dinner. You can reserve a spot at Lunch at 12 & 14, or at Dinner at 16 & 18. We ask that people arrive promptly for their reservation. Come early and have a chat with Eva, grab a glass of wine from our great selection of natural wines sourced from around Valencia. Once the paella is ready we will serve everyone in a communal dining setting, all sitting around the table together at the front of the Kiosk in the spring sunshine.
Spaces will be limited, so booking in advance is highly recommended. We will only have a small amount of space for walk-ins during Lunch & Dinner both days. Payments will be taken on the day by MobilePay or Cash.
