It’s finally APRICOT season – inside our bottles as well! So join us on June 22nd as we’re welcoming Sunstead: Apricot 2023!
Our Sunstead series captures the essence of perfectly ripe stone fruits, allowing us to savor the warm flavors of summer all year long.
The base beer is a blend of one, two and three-year-old Danish Wild Ales aged in Chardonnay and Monbazillac barrels. We racked this onto freshly destoned and crushed Bergeron apricots at a rate of over 600 grams of apricots per liter, and left it to macerate with the fruit for over a month before bottling.
This complex, soft and juicy beer tastes almost like biting into a fragrant apricot, transporting you back to the high days of summer no matter when you drink it.
In addition to this new release, we will be offering Copenhagen Commons beers in cans and on tap, and as usual, we’re setting up tables inside and outside the blendery, so you can sit around and share your bottles. Save the date and see you on the 22nd, from 2pm until 9pm!

Panzarot – An Apulian food story
In Puglia, the panzerotto is more than just a snack; it’s a symbol of conviviality, a delicacy meant to be savored at any time of the day. Whether you’re returning from the beach, enjoying an aperitif with friends, or gathering with family around a laid table, the panzerotto is always a welcome treat.
The panzerotto is crunchy on the outside and a soft, flavorful interior, stuffed with mozzarella, tomato, and other ingredients such as cooked ham or mushrooms, showcasing the finest of Apulian cuisine.
We will offer a variety of panzerotto options: from the classic rendition with tomato, mozzarella, parmesan, and oregano, to versions featuring meat. And for those with a sweet tooth, we’ll have a dessert version filled with ricotta and chocolate, all served with care in convenient paper containers!
Who´s behind:
We are three young people from the southern Italian region of Puglia, and for several years, we have made Copenhagen our home. Our bond with the world of food is deep and diverse.
Angelo works as a chef de partie at Marchal (1 Michelin star), Giulio is one of Marchal’s sous chefs, and Alessio serves as the sales manager for a brand of high-quality Italian products.
Our professional history is closely tied to the world of fine dining. Growing up in Italy, we have cultivated an authentic passion for quality food and the cultural roots that surround it since childhood.
Additional Apulian wine from Giovanni Aiello and other drinks will be sold at the venue.
We have a set amount of online tickets available. But don’t worry if you missed out – you’re still welcome to join us directly at the venue until we’re sold out!

If we had known what we were getting into, there would be no way we would have open Orsa. But it’s already late, in fact we’re a year late, so all we have left to do is get en lille smulle drunk on Saturday the 22nd.
The run will be hosted by @norsa__club as usual. We have some special stuff for the run, so stay tuned.

BEC is a community driven project that brings people together over a shared love of NYC-inspired comfort food made by a New Yorker for all to enjoy. This time Xavier is taking over the Josephine kitchen for a cheesy Sunday on June 23, when he’s gonna make us his classic BEC sando and its veggie version, plus an ice cream sandwich for dessert! Meanwhile the Josephine team is coming at you with classing Sunday drinks, fitting to the BEC theme. (Did someone say Bloody Mary?!) We start at noon, no take-aways and reservations – just come and hang(over) with us!
