Talk med Luca bag Fabro.
Glæd dig til et inspirerende foredrag på Suhrs Højskole, hvor Fabro inviterer os ind i universet bag deres nye kogebog Pasta og venner.
Fabro er en populær, uformel italiensk restaurant i København, kendt for hjemmelavet pasta, vin og god stemning, der har gjort stedet til et samlingspunkt for madglade københavnere.
Vi skal høre historien om, hvordan Fabro begyndte, og hvordan en stor interesse for mad har vokset sig til et større fællesskab omkring pastaens glæder. Undervejs deler Luca familiehistorier og italienske madmyter, hvor især hans bedstemor, Nonna Maria, spiller en central rolle. Publikum får også et kig ind bag processen med at skabe kogebogen: fra idé til udvikling af opskrifter.
Foredraget er både personligt og lærerigt, og der bliver god plads til spørgsmål undervejs.
Pris: Arrangementet er gratis, men der er et begrænset antal pladser. Derfor beder vi dig kun tilmelde dig, hvis du regner med at kunne deltage.

Restaurant Uni
Restaurant Opening
Friday the 28th, restaurant Uni will be opening up its doors for the first time in the intimate restaurant space on Store Kongensgade 42, in the heart of Copenhagen.
A new restaurant, where Japanese inspiration meets danish seasonal ingredients and influence from around the world. Our head chef Takashi Saito, takes inspiration from his origins but also draws inspiration from around the world and with a big focus on local and seasonal produce.
Both the owners Takashi and Oliver met and worked at the former restaurant Umami down the street back in 2017 and are now ready to make a statement of their own.
The statement is to create an experience where food, design and atmosphere melts together.
The restaurant will offer a carefully selected assortment of wines from around the world, sake, beer and cocktails.
Who knows, we might even serve a few of the old known classics back from Umami!

To celebrate, we’re hosting a one-night-only dining experience, where you’ll eat (and drink!) with the winemakers Katja and Matjaž.
They’ll keep your glasses filled with some of our favorite wines from Atelier Kramar and share stories straight from their Slovenian winery.
Simone and Kristina are cooking, serving a vegetarian menu inspired by Western Slovenian classics, created to complement the wines.
The dishes will highlight local, peak-season ingredients alongside a few special treats brought (and produced) by Atelier Kramar.

On Tuesday, 2nd of December we’ll be visited by Atelier Kramar from Slovenia, thanks to our good friend Kristina from Sæsonmelier!
Atelier Kramar unites art and winemaking in the most natural way. Sculptor Matjaž and painter Katja craft wines with the same creativity that defines their artwork, shaped by the stunning hills of Goriška Brda. Here, they farm with deep respect for nature, drawing on Slovenian traditions. The result is a vibrant lineup of white, orange, red and pét-nat wines. Expressive, elegant and unmistakably their own.
See this is as a masterclass in Slovenian wine and you’re chance to ask questions! The tasting is suitable for everyone, no matter your wine knowledge, and it will be held in English. After the event, you’re welcome to stay for a meal and revisit some of your favourite wines from the tasting.
