Our friends, Giuseppe and Isa are returning for another great evening, this time with their third friend, Paride!
A shared London background brought the three chefs together: now reunited in Copenhagen, they collaborate for two nights only! Paride, specialising in Japanese cuisine, joins forces with Giuseppe and Isa, who anchor the menu with their knowledge of Italian tradition from the North to the South. Together, they will present a 5-course Italian-Japanese dinner menu at Tilda& Karl on November 16th and 17th.

A Day and Night Party with Polish Flavours
Damian met Asia at a flea market and an idea came to life, the simple craving to create a pierogi popup and share the flavours we grew up with. We asked our friends at Daves if we could borrow the space and they said yes without hesitation. Piotr from Chwasty of Kuchni joined in to help us celebrate Polish heritage through dishes that feel warm, familiar and bold. Dane from Wildhorses will shape the atmosphere from the first hour with music and coffee, setting a rhythm that will carry us all the way until midnight.
We open early and we keep the energy rising through the entire day.
From 9 in the morning we serve warm bagels with two topping choices. One is inspired by the classic pierogi filling, white Polish curd cheese mixed with potatoes and fried onion. The second is gzik, white creamy cheese with fresh radish, the taste of western Poland in its purest form.
From 12 we move into traditional pierogi filled with potatoes, white cheese and onions, served with sour cream. You can add fried bacon and more fried onions if you want a deeper, richer version.
From 14 we serve fried kopytka, soft potato dumplings pan fried until golden outside and tender inside, paired with mushrooms and my own ramson pesto.
All day and all night we pour the newest kombuchas from DAMO, crisp pilsners, natural wines and daytime cocktails with good deals that turn into evening cocktails as the room gets looser and the music gets louder.
Dane will serve beautiful coffees from the very morning and live DJs will keep the place moving from open to close.
This day is created by Asia, Damian, Dane and Piotr, four people bringing one idea to life from sunrise rhythm to midnight energy.

Fabro er en populær, uformel italiensk restaurant i København, kendt for hjemmelavet pasta, vin og god stemning, der har gjort stedet til et samlingspunkt for madglade københavnere.
Vi skal høre historien om, hvordan Fabro begyndte, og hvordan en stor interesse for mad har vokset sig til et større fællesskab omkring pastaens glæder. Undervejs deler Luca familiehistorier og italienske madmyter, hvor især hans bedstemor, Nonna Maria, spiller en central rolle. Publikum får også et kig ind bag processen med at skabe kogebogen: fra idé til udvikling af opskrifter.
Foredraget er både personligt og lærerigt, og der bliver god plads til spørgsmål undervejs.
