Gochujang Workshop & Eat
Korean fermented chili paste, gochujang workshop by Haegeen Kim. Here you will learn two ways of making this well-loved paste from scratch and small jar to bring home to keep fermenting yourself. After the workshop stir-fried pasta with dukbokki sauce, autumn salad with gochujang vinaigrette, pancake and lastly gochujang cookie will be shared. Starts 5:30 until 8:30 and you can purchase wine separately.

But what’s the deal with these Savoie wines popping up everywhere? The French region has seen a major rise in popularity in recent years and it only keeps growing. The region is synonymous with mineral white wines and local grape varieties you might have tried without even knowing!
Join this Tuesday Tasting and dive into the history of the Alpine grapes together with Sebastian! As always, the tasting will feature 3 wines, and will last 1 hour. Don’t forget to arrive a bit early to order some food to accompany the wines! We start at kl 18 and the tasting will be in English. Booking is now open, find it through our website!

Mød Yen Frydensberg Egebak og få et indblik i hendes arbejde med sortsudvælgelse, dyrkning og forarbejdning af fantastiske heirloom og åben pollinerede tomater.
Det hele begyndte med, at jeg dyrkede cherrytomater i krukker og plantekasser i et lillebitte drivhus på 6 m2 midt inde i byen, og nu – godt 20 år senere – dyrker og høster jeg årligt over 500 kilo gourmettomater til selvforsyning. Ja, så ”galt kan det gå”, når man først kaster sig ud i det med tomater.
Yen Frydensberg Egebak har en baggrund som økolog og arbejder som skribent, forfatter og foredragsholder med formidling af sin viden og mangeårige erfaringer med økologisk regenerativ helårsdyrkning og selvforsyning.
Foredragsrækken er støttet af Nordea-fonden og etableret i samarbejde med Gyldendal, Trinitatis Kirke og Marmorkirken.

We first met Boran 7 while hunting for real pomegranate molasses. He didn’t just find it, he brought it all the way to Copenhagen for us!
Now he’s taken over Mønten 2200, a small danish laundry, turning it into a cozy spot full of good vibes and honest food. 24th October, Friday we’re doing laundry, Turkish style to wash off your week! Join us on our very first Hungarian pop-up dinner on October 26th at Tilda & Karl, where this time our very own photographer, @personalcheesus and her friend @mihalyizita (former head baker of @formatdmd ) is going to cook you a 3-course dinner accompanied by Hungarian natural wines via @hoetoft_ !
The girls will keep you well fed – as per Hungarian custom –, with a menu of langosh (topped with sour cream and cheese), chicken paprikash with spåtzle, and apple pie. (Vegan options are not available, but we can accommodate vegetarian requests, if mentioned at booking.)
The hearty dinner will cost 325 kr./ person, with an optional wine pairing, that can be purchased by the glass as well, featuring the best of contemporary Hungarian natural wines from Lake Balaton to Tokaj! Booking is now open but the seats are limited for this one: save yours via our website!

A day of Mont d’Or and Vin Jaune at Josephine
This chilly weather calls for melted cheese and oxi wines, so Mont d’Or – a true winter staple in France, in fondue form – is making a return to Josephine!
Next Sunday (26/10) from kl 16 we’ll be serving oven baked Mont d’Or cheese with a special selection of oxidative wines by the glass, including Vin Jaune from the Jura. Alex is already collecting some unicorn bottles in the cellar for this occasion – so even if you’re not a “cheese person”, you still don’t want to miss this!
No reservations, first come first served until sold out – we’ll be open from 15 to 22.
