At Mikkeller, innovation and craftsmanship have always been at the core of our brewing philosophy.
And with our latest creation, we continue this tradition.
Together with our friends at Pivo Bar in Malmö and the Czech brewery Unetický Pivovar, we’ve brewed Josefina: a classic Czech Dark Lager, rich in character and perfectly suited for the autumn season.
To mark the release, Czech brewers will be present to serve the first 50 samples gravity style, directly from a wooden cask – an authentic tradition bringing the spirit of the Czech Republic to Scandinavia.

The talented Eva Hurtigkarl is whipping up a delicious fish stew, with minestrone as a vegetarian alternative (95kr).
Juicy wine will be served by Rouge and ice-cold Bajeur on the taps (25kr).
