You are hereby invited to our next Plant Based Turkish Dinner on October 2nd, led by our chef, Ebrar!

Main Dish:
Fellah Köftesi- Small bulgur balls simmered in a garlicky tomato sauce, finished with fresh parsley and pomegranate seeds. A classic vegan dish from Southern Anatolia.
Mezes:
Köz Patlıcan – Roasted eggplants, blended with olive oil, lemon, and garlic for a smoky, refreshing appetizer.
Pancar Tarator – Vibrant beets with garlic, and lemon – creamy, colorful, and rich in flavor.
Dessert:
Revani- Traditional semolina cake soaked in a light citrus syrup. Topped with candied oranges.
Extra:
Turkish Coffee
Finely ground coffee slowly brewed in a small pot, served with a rich foam, Turkish Delight.
Optionally sweetened to taste.

Each secret serving is chosen to reflect the boldness, warmth, and untamed resiliance of the Housewife spirit: paired with the rare cuvées of Émilie Mutombo, a rising natural wine producer based in Catalonia, Spain, born and raised in Brussels, Belgium with Congolese heritage.
A limited shipment of 60 bottles of Émilie Mutombo’s highly sought-after cuvées arrived CO₂-free in Denmark via the sailing ship Trés Hombres in June 2025. We are proud to be one of the few restaurants in Copenhagen with her wines in our collection.
The wine pairing is available exclusively by pre-booking on our reservation platform.
